MATERNITY

A maternity session with Jennifer will be an experience you will never forgot. It is not just a photo shoot, it is about documenting this special time in your life, capturing the emotion and love you feel for this baby, and bringing out your most beautiful self with location, lighting, and styling.

You are unique, so capturing your pregnancy should be an individualized experience custom designed for you. We have a closet full of maternity gowns, lace robes, and silk wraps in many colors and sizes, so we are sure to find a look that works for you. Or, you are welcome to bring any of your own outfits and accessories.

Location and styling will be based on the season and your personal wishes for the feel of the shoot. The session can take place at the studio, field, mountain top, front range, or woods.

Partners and other kiddos are welcome to join in the session.

Choose Location:

Eden Blue Photography Studio in Brighton (gorgeous light, pretty backdrops, fun stools & chairs)

Boulder (Flatirons)

Genesee (tall grasses, evergreen trees, large boulders)

Estes Park (lake, mountains)

Loveland Ski Area (Rocky Mountain views)

Breckenridge (mountain vibes, stream, rustic fences)

Please note, some locations photograph better at certain times of the day. So go ahead and book a time that works for you, and then Jen will follow up with additional information about lighting for that particular location. Also, please note, that flexibility is key with outdoor sessions. The wind has gotten a little crazy the last few years, so Jen will be in touch the day before your session if it looks like it might cause any issues and it is necessary to push out a day or two.

Consider Your Vibe:

We have a closet full of luxury maternity gowns, robes, and silks so you can let us know what styles and colors you like based on your location & your personal preferences. You may also choose to bring your own clothing if you prefer that option. 

For the Studio, you may also add one of our flowing silks or b&w nudes with rim lighting for a fine art look. Prior to the shoot, please let us know if those looks interest you at all.

Get on Jen's Schedule:

Jen prefers to do the session between 7-8 months. However, she can make almost any stage in your pregnancy work. Be sure to book your session early. She generally books up about 3 weeks to 6 months out depending on the season. Volume is limited to maintain high-quality standards.

When booking your session, you will answer a few questions about your style, color, and vibe preferences so she can cater the session to you.

Creating a Vision:

A week or so before the session, Jen will review your preferences and be in touch about color/styling ideas so you can fine-tune the vision for the shoot.

The Shoot:

Now, we make magic. Playing with lighting, posing, and styling, Jen will create a beautiful set of images based on the overall vision, but also leaving room for creation during the artistic process.

The Gallery:

Jen takes A BUNCH of pictures. The average gallery contains around 150-300 beautiful quality images. You will not be disappointed by the selection. You will get a full range of color, b&w, and enhanced images that are yours to download and use as you please. As you shop around, you will see this is kind of a big deal.

The Selections:

Once you have selected your favorite images, you will choose your top images to be professionally retouched (skin blending, eye brightening, hair smoothing, etc). And you will utilize your print credit, to ensure beautifully finished prints and products inhabit your home.

Maternity Premium Session

1,199 + tax

• 2-3 Hr. Photo Session
• Up to 5 Outfits (One can be Nude, and One can be Silk Wrap/Fabric)
• Full Use of High-End Wardrobe Closet containing over 10K of Maternity Gowns
• Your Choice: Brighton State-of-the-Art 1,200 Sq. Ft. Studio Space (Indoor), Genesee (Outdoor), Boulder Flatirons (Outdoor), Loveland Ski Area (Outdoor), Breck (Outdoor), Estes Park (Outdoor)
• All High Res Images Downloadable (200-350 Cropped and Toned Images)
• Twenty Pro Retouched Digital Files (Skin Smoothing, Eye Brightening, Teeth Whitening)
• $150 Photo Credit to Use toward Prints or Product
• Viewing/Downloading Gallery of All Images to Order Prints, Product, or Additional Pro Retouched Images

Any additional prints or products can easily be purchased from a full line of our high-quality products on your viewing site after the session. Everything is included in the above price, no additional purchases or sales sessions are required. But we are here to help if you need any assistance ordering or would like to view products in person. 

Session price includes all high res digital downloads of your images! They will be available for immediate download from your viewing site once the images are posted. I know... it's fantastic! As you shop around, you will see it is a big deal to get hundreds of gorgeous images for your use.

To schedule a session, please utilize the "Schedule a Session" tab on this website. You will be asked to put in your information to set up your appointment, as well as a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold your time slot. Session times can be changed or altered without losing your deposit. However, there is a fee to reschedule several times or for no-shows/cancellations.
